I’m very sad this morning because I finished my cooking class at Cookology last night. Cookology is a recreational cooking school in Dulles Town Center, and what a great concept they have. They realize that most people who want to lean to cook don’t really want to do it professionally. So they’ve created classes for serious home-kitchen cooks. I took the 6-week French series, where I learned basic tips that have already improved my skills. Sure, going to culinary school would make me a chef, but this is all I really need (well, along with about 10 lbs of onions so I can hone my chopping skills).

I love it when people see a need a fill it with a high quality product. I think we’ll see big things from Cookology. I don’t know what their expansion plans are, but I’m sure if they go down that road they’ll be a huge hit. They have an excellent product. And if you live in the area and want to cook, sign up.
